Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled free of charge prior to production or shipment, with a full refund issued upon successful cancellation. Once items have been dispatched, order cancellations will no longer be available.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window counting from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, all merchandise must remain unused, unaltered and in its original condition with intact original packaging. A valid receipt or purchase proof is mandatory to process your return. Kindly reach out to our customer support team beforehand to confirm the correct return shipping address before sending back your parcel.
Exclusions & Shipping Cost Terms
Return shipping fees shall be borne by customers if the return request is initiated due to personal reasons; charges vary depending on your selected logistics provider.
If items arrive damaged, defective or mismatched due to our error, we will cover all associated return shipping costs with no extra charge to you.
No restocking fees will be applied to any valid returns.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will also inform you whether your refund application has been approved or declined. Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (credit card, e-wallet, etc.) within several business days.
