To qualify for a return, all merchandise must remain unused, unaltered and in its original condition with intact original packaging. A valid receipt or purchase proof is mandatory to process your return. Exclusions & Shipping Cost Terms
Return shipping fees shall be borne by customers if the return request is initiated due to personal reasons; charges vary depending on your selected logistics provider.
If items arrive damaged, defective or mismatched due to our error, we will cover all associated return shipping costs with no extra charge to you.
No restocking fees will be applied to any valid returns.
